- For device support, include your device ID if you have it.
- Your device ID is shown when you restart your Weather100 device.
- Name and email are required so we can reply and match your account or order.
Where to find your device ID
Restart your Weather100 device. The device ID is displayed during startup.
If you cannot find it, still send the form with your name, email, and a short explanation. If your email matches your Weather100 order or account, we can usually help from there.
